My Father’s Business Publications (the company who created Mission Monde) began as a curriculum for grades K - 8 and now encompasses grades 9 and 10 as well. The program consists of a complete Christian French program that meets the requirements for French as a Second Language in Ontario, B.C., and Alberta.
Mission Monde takes a classical approach to teaching language and includes oral conversation and lessons in phonetics, grammar, reading, and writing. The program offers many different ways for students to practice what they are learning.
The Teacher’s Manual is designed so that non-French speakers can teach the curriculum with the use of the CD/Audio files, detailed lesson plans, and flashcards. Parents can choose between French or Spanish lessons with Missions ABC (Grades K-3) and Mission Monde (grades 4-10)

Great program
I really like this program. It reminds me of the Core French that I got as a child in Ontario only this has a Christian focus. It is easy to use. I like that there is audio included so that there is no guessing on how to pronounce things. The only part that I don’t prefer is that its set up for a class so sometimes some of the activities aren’t as good with just 1 child. I do like though that we seem to be able to get through it faster than the suggested timeline because of the smaller class size with homeschooling. For some reason I can’t post the in the pros box so I will add here. Pros are easy to use, has audio. Cons are set up for a classroom but easily adaptable still to homeschooling.
